Tropical Sunset

Posle Tequila Sunrise manikira, koji sam radila kao osnovu za sliku sa MoYou Nails 304 pločice, opet sam radila gradijent kao bazu za MoYou Nails 307. Nadam se da vam se sviđa.

After I did Tequila Sunrise manicure, which I used as base for one of images from MoYou Nails 304 stamping plate, I decided to make another gradient, this time as base for a design from MoYou Nails 307 image plate. I hope you'll like it.

Ciaté Apple & Custard

Ciaté Paint Pots, lakovi prepoznatljivi po svojim šarmantnim bočicama sa mašnicama, kod nas su dostupni samo u Sefori, a izbor tamo je prilično oskudan. Imam svega par njihovih lakova i oba sam dobila. Ovaj koji pokazujem danas stigao je čak iz Danske, a poslala mi ga je Maria, znajući koliko volim prigušene nijanse zelene. Ciaté lakovi imaju 13,5 ml i koštaju oko 1000 dinara.

Ciaté Paint Pots, polishes recognisable by their charming bottles with little bows, in Serbia are available only at Sephora and choice of colours is very limited. I only have a couple of their polishes and both were given to me. The one I am showing you today came all the way from Denmark, form Maria, who knows how much I love muted shades of green. Ciaté polishes have 13.5 ml and retail for about € 8.5.

OPI Not Like The Movies

Today I am bringing my MoYou Nails Concept collection stamping plates reviews to a close. While you can read my opinions about each image plate in their respective blog posts, today I am also summarizing my thoughts about the collection as a whole.

Oriflame Nail Care

Veoma retko pišem o proizvodima iz kataloške prodaje, ne zato što imam nešto protiv njih (mada imam zamerke, posebno na nedostatak uputstva i/ili spiska sastojaka) već zato što nemam nikog bliskog ko se bavi prodajom te robe, a iskreno ni ponuda mi nije preterano zanimljiva. Ranije jesam probala nekoliko Avon i Oriflame sredstava za negu, sa različitim rezultatima i utiscima, a pre nekog vremena sam od drugara dobila četiri Oriflame proizvoda za negu noktiju i volela bih da utiske o njima sada podelim sa vama.

I seldom write about products sold through catalogues, not because I am against them (although I have some complaints, especially regarding lack of instructions and/or ingredients list), but because I don't have anyone close who is dealing with them and, to be honest, I don't find what they offer that interesting. I have tried some Avon and Oriflame nail care products with different experiences and impressions and some time ago I have received four Oriflame nail care items that I'd like to tell you a bit about.

Depend Mirage 2059 Starry Blue

Mirage je bila kolekcija od 12 Depend lakova sa mikrošljokicama iz 2013. godine, a kod nas se još uvek mogu naći neke boje iz ove linije. Depend lakovi imaju svega 5 ml, koštaju oko 210 dinara i možete ih naći u Mauricius parfimerijama i pojedinim DM i Lilly drogerijama.

Mirage was collection of 12 Depend polishes with microglitter, from spring 2013. By the looks of it, these polishes are no longer available in stores. Depend polishes come in 5 ml rectangular bottles that are easy to store.

OPI Pepe's Purple Passion

Pre nekog vremena me je uhvatila slabost prema ljuspicama i oduševila sam se kada sam videla da OPI ima lak sa ljuspicama koji nije toper već sam daje punu pokrivenost. Ovom laku me je privukla i aliteracija u imenu, a naravno da ni boja nije odmogla jer spada u meni veoma drag spektar granat-crvenih lakova. Nažalost ovaj lak se više ne može naći u ponudi, sem ako nije ostao neki komad za čuvene sajamske OPI korpice.

Some time ago I had a special weakness for flakies and I was delighted to learn that OPI has a polish with flakies that isn't a topper. I was also drawn to alliteration in its name and the fact that this polish belongs to the garnet-red spectrum didn't hurt. Sadly this polish has been discontinued and I don't think there is something similar to it on the market.

Matching Manicures - Watercolour

When I reviewed MoYou Nails Halloween-themed image plate I have mentioned that it is the most complete such plate that I have, but it is also one of the most complete image plates on the whole. The one I am showing you today, finally one that fits the season perfectly, is also one of those complete stamping plates and if you continue to read you will find out why.

Catrice Jade Is Not My Name

Kada sam pre nekoliko meseci od drage Baby's Dolce Vita naručila lakić koji je ponudila za prodaju, u paketiću mi je stigao i neočekivani poklon u vidu jednog od starih Catrice lakova, koji se više ne proizvode. To da je u pitanju stari lak vidi se po obliku četkice koja je ravno rezana, a ne zaobljena kao kod novijih kolekcija. Ne znam ima li među novijim lakovima nečeg sličnog ovom laku, ali ako ima predlažem vam da ga uzmete.

Several months ago I ordered a polish from Baby's Dolce Vita and with it came an unexpected gift - one of the old, discontinued Catrice polishes. It is apparent that it is old because it has old straight cut brush instead of the rounded one that can be found in new Catrice collections. I don't know if there is something similar to this one among the new polishes, but if there is I suggest you take it.

Sally Hansen Sun Day

U mesečnom pregledu ste mogli da vidite da sam nabavila svoje prve Sally Hansen lakove. Uzela sam ih pre svega zato što su bili smešno jeftini, ali i zato što ih Danijela silno hvali. Sally Hansen ima više linija lakova, a kod nas su dostupni samo oni iz Complete Salon Manicure linije. Bočice su krupne, sadrže oko 15 ml proizvoda i po ceni su u rangu sa OPIjem. Kod nas se mogu nabaviti samo u Sefori. Lakovi su 4-free.

You could see in my monthly overview that I've gotten my first Sally Hansen polishes. I bought them firstly because they were dirt cheap, but also because Danijela keeps raving about them. Sally Hansen has several lines of polishes and in Serbia only Complete Salon Manicure line is available. Their bottles are chunky, contain about 15 ml of product and retail at about the same price as OPI. They are 4-free.

OPI Queen Of The Road

Da li vam je dosta veselih lakova za sada? Verovatno ne, ali ja želim da se vratim malo svojim tamnim nijansama, a jučerašnji tematski rad mi je bio prava prilika da prvi put prošetam lak koji sam još zimus dobila od Jelene. OPI Queen Of The Road je iz kolekcije urađene u saradnji sa Fordom povodom Mustangovog pedesetog rođendana i mislim da se još uvek može naći kod nas u Prima apotekama.

Have you had enough of cheery colours for now? Probably not, but I want to return to my darker shades and yesterday's matching manicure was the perfect opportunity to wear the polish i got this winter from Jelene. OPI Queen Of The Road is a polish from a collection OPI did in collaboration with Ford in celebration of Mustang's fiftieth anniversary.

Matching Manicures - Metal

Tema ovonedeljnog usklađenog manikira je metal. Ne znamo šta je tačno blogerka koja je predložila temu imala na umu pa smo je prihvatile u najširem mogućem smislu, a ja sam odlučila da kombinujem više metalnih aspekata - zupčanike, metalik lak i metalne nitne.

This week's matching manicure theme is metal. We don't know what the blogger who suggested the theme had in mind exactly so we have accepted it in the broadest sense and I have opted for several metal aspects - gears, metallic polish and metal studs.

Depend Chameleon 2084 Peacock Shades

Krajnje neočekivano za LE kolekciju, Depend Chameleon, verovatno najveća, a moguće i jedina kolekcija duohrom lakova u ponudi na našem tržištu, još uvek je dostupna u našim radnjama. U kolekciji je dvanaest lakova označenih brojevima, mada se na Depend Facebook strani mogu naći i njihova imena. Lakovi iz Depend Chameleon kolekcije imaju 5 ml i koštaju 289 dinara, mada su u M Drogerie verovatno na sniženju.

Quite unexpected for a LE collection, Depend Chameleon, probably the largest and maybe the only duochrome polish collection on Serbian market, still is available in our stores. There are twelve polishes in the collection and they are all numbered, but names can be found on Depend Facebook page. Depend Chameleon polishes come in 5 ml bottles.

Essence Colour & go Miss Universe, I'm the boss, Headphones on!

Ne tako davno sam pokazala tri do tada neisprobana i nepredstavljena Essence laka iz Colour & go linije koja sam ostavila sebi za pečatiranje i nail art (kliknite ovde da biste videli taj članak). Danas predstavljam još tri Essence Colour & go laka, ali koja ne mogu ili ne želim da koristim za pečatiranje. Od ova tri samo sam jedan zadržala za sebe, a preostala dva su već našla novi dom.

Not so long ago I have shown you three to that point untried Essence Colour & go polishes I have kept for stamping and nail art (click here to go to that post). Today I am showing you another three Essence Colour & go, but this time the shades I can't or don't want to use in nail art. Out of these three I have only kept one for myself and the other two have found a new home.

Maybelline Crystallize Nearly Black

Japanizam je prošao, a ovo je bio prvi put u poslednjih par godina da na nekom Sakurabaninom događaju nemam prigodan tematski manikir. Zbog svakodnevnih promena odeće i nemogućnosti da svakog dana menjam i lak odabrala sam onaj koji će mi se uklopiti sa većinom odevnih kombinacija, a ovom prilikom je to bio Maybelline Crystallize Nearly Black. Ovo je drugi od dva laka iz te kolekcije koja sam uspela da nađem prošle godine na putovanju i veoma mi je žao što do nas ova linija uopšte nije stigla.

Japanizam ended and this was the first time in several years that I didn't have an appropriately manicured nails. Due to regular wardrobe change and inability to change polish daily I opted for a polish that would match most of my outfits and this time it was Maybelline Crystallize Nearly Black. This is the second of the two polishes from that collection that I got on my trip last year and I am so sad this collection never reached our stores.

OPI Need Sunglasses

Jedan od lakova oko kojih sam se dugo lomila je OPI Need Sunglasses. Boja mi se uvek sviđala, ali sam znala da mu pigmentacija nije sjajna. No nedavno sam imala priliku da polovnu bočicu nabavim po više nego smešnoj ceni i iskoristila sam tu šansu. Za razliku od mnogih OPI lakova koje u poslednje vreme predstavljam (i koje ću tek pokazati), Need Sunglasses je deo stalne postavke i može se lako naći u prodaji. Bočica od 15 ml u redovnoj ponudi košta 1200 dinara, ali na sajmu se može naći i za 850 dinara.

One of polishes I was on the fence about for a very long time was OPI Need Sunglasses. I have always liked its colour, but I knew that pigmentation isn't that great. I have recently had a chance to purchase a pre-owned bottle at a ridiculous price so I took it, Unlike many of OPIs I have lately shown (and which I am yet to show), this one is part of permanent range and is easy to come by.

Tequila Sunrise

Još danas sam na Japanizmu i nemam vremena da pravim tematski manikir, ali bih volela da vam pokažem manikir koji sam radila pre desetak dana i koji sam upotrebila kao bazu za jedan od motiva sa pločice MoYou Nails 304. Retko ovde pokazujem manikire koje nisam radila kao deo nekog projekta, ali mislim da ovaj vredi predstaviti na blogu.

I am spending today at Japanizam and I don't have time to do a matching manicure, but I'd love to show you a mani I did about a week ago and which I've used as a base for one of designs from MoYou Nails 304 stamping plate. I rarely show you manicures I do which aren't part of some project, but I think this one deserves to get a post of its own.

U četvrtak je počeo osmi Japanizam i, iako je tema yōkai za koju bi prigodna bila MoYou Nails pločica 304, dobar deo onoga što se vidi svake godine na Japanizmu je kawaii, tj. slatke, simpatične stvari i njima savršeno odgovara MoYou Nails pločica 305.

The eight Japanizam festival began this Thursday and, even though the theme this year is yōkai that MoYou Nails 304 would be suitable for, what we usually see on this festival is kawaii, that is sweet, cute stuff MoYou Nails stamping plate 305 is perfect for.

CND RescueRXx

Pre par meseci je CND svetu predstavio svoj novi tretman za nokte RescueRXx, a od pre mesec dana ovaj novitet se može nabaviti i kod nas, u Unitechu. Postoji u dva pakovanja i oba su dostupna kod nas. Bočica od 15ml košta 1965 dinara, a pakovanje od 3,7 ml je 493 dinara. Ovo malo pakovanje, koje vam danas predstavljam, odličan je izbor ako nemate stalne probleme sa noktima ili ako samo želite da probate proizvod pre nego što se odlučite za veće (i skuplje) pakovanje. Mala bočica nema uputstvo, ali se uputstvo može naći na zvaničnom CND sajtu.

Several months ago CND released their new nail treatment called RescueRXx and for about a month it has been available in Serbia. It comes in two sizes - regular 15 ml bottle and mini 3.7 ml bottle. This mini packaging, the one I'm showing you today, is a great choice if you don't usually have issues with nails or if you just want to test product before going for full size packaging. Mini doesn't come with instructions, but you can find those on official CND website.

Morgan Taylor Doo Wop

Videli ste u pregledu noviteta da su mi jun obeležili žuti lakovi, a sve je počelo od Morgan Taylor Doo Wop. U poslednje vreme Morgan Taylor lakovi su često na sniženjima ili posebnim ponudama pa vredi da pratite Morgan Taylor Srbija Facebook stranicu kako biste bili u toku sa aktuelnim ponudama i novostima (još uvek čekamo da stigne letnja kolekcija). Morgan Taylor lakovi ne sadrži formalin, dibutilftalat i toluen i nisu testirani na životinjama. Bočice su od 15 ml i koštaju 984 dinara. Možete ih nabaviti kod uvoznika GP Contour u Novom Sadu i Beogradu i u Janković apotekama u Novom Sadu.
