I've been attracted to this polish for a while, but I was hesitant to buy it since Deborah Prêt à Porter polishes are expensive considering the amount of product you get (the recommended price on their website is € 4.2 for 4.5 ml of product,). Until I found a special offer for Deborah cosmetics at Lilly drugstores, that is. Deborah Prêt à Porter polishes come in 4.5 ml bottles and are toluen-free. Sun Power je lak boje zlatnice (Solidago) i ima veoma fin, diskretan, žuti šimer. S obzirom na to kako su žuti lakovi problematični za mazanje, ovaj se mazao prilično lepo. Malo su mi se pravile pruge od mazanja i imala sam nekoliko mehurića, ali mehurići su bili usled mućkanja, a pruge su se izjednačile pri drugom i trećem sloju. Lak je dosta pigmentovan i, da mi nokti nisu dugački, dovoljna bi bila dva sloja. Sjaj mu je veoma visok. Na žalost, ova boja ne ide uz moj vampirski ten, ali mi se toliko dopada da ću zanemariti taj nesklad. Ionako u jesen i zimi veoma volim da nosim žuto kao kontrast opštem sivilu, pa mogu da pravim kontrast i svom bledilu.

Sun Power is goldenrod yellow polish with very fine, discreet, yellow shimmer. Considering how troublesome can application of yellow polishes be, this one went on rather smoothly. I did have some streaking and some bubbling, but the bubbles were due to vigorous shaking of polish and the streaks were evened out with second and third coat. The polish is highly pigmented and if my nails weren't this long, two coats would be enough. The gloss is very high. Unfortunately this colour clashes with my corpse-like complexion, but I like it so much I'm going to disregard this discrepancy. I do like to wear yellow polish in Autumn and Winter as a contrast to the overall gloom, so why not wear it as a contrast to my pallor?
