Kako je ovih dana vreme prilično tmurno odlučila sam da ga osunčam lepim žutim lakom. Zoya Darcy iz ovogodišnje prolećne kolekcije Stunning mi je došla kao poručena i zapravo kako sam namazala lak granulo je sunce (onu provalu oblaka koja je usledila ćemo zanemariti). Zoya lakovi ne sadrže toluen, dibutil ftalat, formalin, formalinski rezin, kamfor, sastojke životinjskog porekla i ne testiraju se na životinjama. Svi lakovi dolaze u bočicama od 15 ml. The weather was murky last few days so I decided to bring some sunshine in form of yellow polish. Zoya Darcy, from this year's spring collection called Stunning fit the bill perfectly and actually the sun shone as soon as I painted my nails (we shall disregard the deluge that followed). Zoya polishes don't contain toluene, camphor, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and animal products and are not tested on animals.

Essence Nude Glam 01 Hazelnut Cream Pie

Hazelnut Cream Pie je jedan od dva Nude glam laka povučena zimus te nema svrhe da pišem mnogo o njima. Uzela sam ih kako bih ih koristila kao bazu za crtanje po noktima ili nešto slično (ovaj sam koristila kao bazu za transfer foliju), ali dopada mi se i kako mi stoje i bez ikakvih ukrasa. Aplikacija je ista kao i kod drugih Essence lakova - pristojna. Sve su snimljene na dnevnom svetlu. Imam dva sloja laka i nemam nadlak.

Hazelnut Cream Pie is one of two Nude glam polishes Essence discontinued last winter and there is not much use for me to write about them in detail. I bought them in order to do some nail art over them (I used this one as base for nail transfer foil), but I like how they fit me on their own. The application was the same as with other Essence polishes - decent. All photos were taken in daylight. I have two coats of polish and no top coat.

Miss Sporty 470 Raindrop

Nedavno sam ponovo poklekla pred odlukom da ne kupim više nijedan Miss Sporty lak, ali kako sam se oko ovog već ranije lomila i kako je u Mauricijusu bio na rasprodaji (svi stari Miss Sporty lakovi su bili 90 dinara) računala sam da je ovo potencijalna greška koju mogu da priuštim. Ispostavilo se da nije greška i da je dobro što sam ga uzela. Ova se boja više ne proizvodi tako da zdušno preporučujem da je potražite ukoliko je već nemate.

I had made up my mind not to buy another Miss Sporty polish, but I recently succumbed and got this one after I'd seen it on sale. I wanted to get it before, but was unsure whether to do it or not and since it was under 1€ I thought it was a potential mistake I can allow myself to make. It turned out it isn't a mistake and that I did well to get it. It has been discontinued and I heartily suggest you get it while you can if you don't already have it.

Golden Rose Holiday 56

Videle ste u prethodnom članku da su mi se dopali OPI lakovi Magazine Cover Mouse i Jinx. Nisam bila u prilici da kupim OPI verzije, ali na svu sreću među Golden Rose Holiday lakovima postoje savršene zamene. Golden Rose Holiday 56 je zamena za Mišicu sa naslovnice (Jelena i Malo Prase su uradile prikaze OPIja), a Golden Rose Holiday 53, koji ću uskoro predstaviti, zamena je za Jinx (i za njega su i Jelena i Malo Prase uradile prikaze). Golden Rose Holiday lakovi koštaju 250 dinara i imaju 11,3 ml.

You could learn from my last article that I liked OPI Magazine Cover Mouse and Jinx. I haven't been able to buy OPIs, but fortunately there are perfect dupes for them among Golden Rose Holiday polishes. Golden Rose Holiday 56 is a dupe for Magazine Cover Mouse (Jelena and Malo Prase did a review of OPI), and Golden Rose Holiday 53, review pending, is a dupe for Jinx (Jelena and Malo Prase did reviews of that one too). Golden Rose Holiday come in 11.3 ml bottles and cost about 2 €.

Teksturisani skittle

 

S vremena na vreme se ekipa lakoholičarki sa Ane skupi na piću, družimo se i isprobavamo lakove. Društvo se skupilo nedavno (više o ovom druženju možete pročitati kod Jelene) i tada sam uspela da uporedim Zoya Dahlia i Golden Rose Holiday 60 (Dahlia je nešto tamnija i ima manje srebrnih šljokica), OPI Is That Silva i Depend Magnetic 6005 (isti su, ali Silva bolje reaguje na magnet) i sada znam da zaista moram nabaviti My Vampire is Buff jer mi se mnogo dopada kako mi stoji, a maže se kao san. Takođe sam iskoristila priliku da isprobam lakove kakve inače ne bih i toliko mi se dopalo kako izgledaju da sam došla kući sa ovim teksturisanim skittle manikirom. Lakovi su redom od palca ka malom prstu: Golden Rose Holiday 54, OPI Magazine Cover Mouse, OPI Solitaire, OPI Jinx, OPI Vesper. Neočekivano mi se dopala Jinx, a ni Mišica sa naslovnice mi nije mrska.

From time to time a group of polishaholics from Ana gathers for drinks, to socialize and try out polishes. We met recently (you can read more about it at Jelena's Wonderful Colors) and I took the opportunity to compare Zoya Dahlia i Golden Rose Holiday 60 (Dahlia is somewhat darker and has less silver glitter), OPI Is That Silva i Depend Magnetic 6005 (they are the same, but Silva is easier to magnetize) and now I'm sure I have to get My Vampire is Buff because I love the way it looks on me, and it goes on like a dream. I also took the opportunity to try some polishes I normally wouldn't and I loved the way they turned out I actually went home with this textured skittle mani. From thumb to pinkie, the polishes are: Golden Rose Holiday 54, OPI Magazine Cover Mouse, OPI Solitaire, OPI Jinx, OPI Vesper. I quite unexpectedly liked Jinx, and I didn't mind Magazine Cover Mouse either.
