Alessandro Go Magic Crystal Punk Green Underground

There are many Alessandro nail polish sets, most of them with some special effect. Crystal Punk sets consist of a black creme polish and a topper with flakes in four colours, and I have Green Underground to show you today. Polishes are in 5 ml bottles and can still be found on Ebay and similar websites.

Imam dva sloja laka, jedan sloj topera i nemam nadlak.

Alessandro Midnight Black is a classic black creme polish. It is well pigmented, a one-coater. Obviously this is from old line of polishes as it has very strong scent that reminds me of stamping polishes. Alessandro polishes have been reformulated last year, but this one is 5-free. Green Underground topper has mostly green flakes, with an odd blue and copper one here and there, suspended in clear base. When I look at the bottle, I can't say that they are sparse, but very few end up on brush. I have tried to sponge them on my other hand, which provided much better coverage, but those I could not arrange them as I wanted. Most of flakes are thin and tiny and they lay flat on the nail, but some of them were stiff and protruded from nail and I couldn't cover them up with a thick coat of Cuccio 7 Second top coat. Despite that, I think this shattered glass effect is interesting enough for you to take your time applying both topper and top coat. Photos were taken in natural light. I have two coats of polish, one coat of topper and no top coat.

  1. Volim crne lakove i rado ih nosim.
