Veoma sam se prijatno iznenadila kada me je pre nekog vremena kontaktirao predstavnik  http://kkcenterhk.com/, sajta speciajlizovanog za prodaju šminke, perika i modnih detalja, i ponudio mi saradnju, odnosno sponzorstvo. Teškom mukom sam odabrala samo nekoliko proizvoda iz njihove široke ponude ukrasa za nokte. Pre nekoliko dana sam ih zaista i dobila te vam ih sa zadovoljstvom predstavljam.

It was hard to pick only several items from their wide range of nail decorations. They arrived a couple of days ago and I'm happy to present them to you.

NailsIT Elizabeth

Elizabeth je lak iz NailsIT kolekcije Dark Shadows. Ovo je dražestan crni žele pun zlatnih, plavih i magenta i crnih šljokica različitih oblika i veličina. Šljokice su počele da se sležu na dnu bočice, ali dobro mućkanje ih je umešalo nazad u lak. Prvi sloj je bio veoma prozračan, jedva da je nešto boje ostalo na noktu, ali tri sloja su dala skoro punu boju. Sušio se veoma brzo tako da mazanje tri sloja nije predstavljalo problem. Plašila sam se da se zlatne šljokice neće dobro uklopiti sa nakitom koji nosim, ali ispostavilo se da su one veoma diskretne. Crne šljokice su krajnje neupadljive, a plave i magenta daju izgled kakav sam želela da postignem za poslednji tematski petak. Šljokice su osetne pod rukom, ali dva sloja nadlaka su izravnala površinu.

Elizabeth is a polish from NailsIT's Dark Shadows collection. This is a gorgeous black jelly filled with goldm blue, magenta and black glitter in different shapes and sizes. The glitter did start to settle, but a good shaking mixed it back in the polish. The first coat was very sheer, barely any colour transferred to the nail, but in three coats I could build up the colour to almost full opacity. It dried fast so application of three coats wasn't a problem. I was afraid that the gold glitter would clash with the jewellery I wear, but they turned out to be very discreet. The black glitter is barely visible, and blue and magenta glitter create a look I was going for for the last themed Friday. The glitter is palpable, but two coats of top coat evened the surface out.

Kosmički petak

Za današnji tematski petak pravimo kosmički dizajn, odnosno nebula ili galaxy nail art. Ovo je prvi put da sam koristila sunđer za pravljenje šara. Mada mi se tehnika dopada, nisam se proslavila i dezeni na mojim noktima ne liče na nebule ili galaksije nego samo na zanimljive mrlje. For today's themed Friday we're doing nebula or galaxy nail art. This is the first time I've used sponge for making a design. Although I like the technique, I don't think I did it justice and the design on my nails doesn't look like nebula or galaxy, more like interesting smudges. Golden Rose Matte 07

Iskreno sam se nadala da će ovaj lak biti bolji od prethodnog Golden Rose Matte koji sam isprobala, ali to nije slučaj. Golden Rose Matte 07 je tamno-ljubičast mat lak sa svetlijim sjajnim česticama.  Premazan sjajnim nadlakom izgleda skoro sasvim kao Ingrid Estetic 45. Boja je jedino što mi se kod ovog laka dopada i to i u originalnoj i u sjajnoj verziji. Problem je u mazanju. Prvi sloj je imao više rupa nego boje, drugi je i dalje imao dosta ćelavih mesta, bez obzira na debljinu namazanog sloja. Posle drugog sloja sam namazala sloj brzosušećeg nadlaka kako bih ubrzala proces, jer je drugi sloj uglavnom bio debeo. Posle nadlaka sam dodala treći sloj laka za izjednačenje boje. Nisam sasvim sigurna da je ovaj lak vredan tolikog truda.

I had honestly hoped that this polish will be better than the Golden Rose Matte I'd previously tried, but that isn't the case. Golden Rose Matte 07 is dark purple matte polish with lighter shimmer. With top coat it looks almost exactly like Ingrid Estetic 45. The colour is the only thing I like about this polish, both original and top-coated version. Application is the problem. The first coat had more holes than colour, and the second one still left me with many bald spots, no matter how thick or thin I applied the polish. I applied a coat of quck-dry top coat after the second coat of polish in order to accelerate the drying because the second coat was mostly thick. I applied the third coat of polish afterwards to even out the colour. I'm not sure this polish is worthy of this much effort.

Miss Selene lakove proizvodi ista kompanija koja drži Golden Rose - Erkul cosmetics. Pakovanje je od 5 ml i košta nešto manje od 50 dinara u Pharmacity apotekama. Ima ih i u parfimeriji Cristabell po ceni od 50 dinara. Izbor boja je veliki i uglavnom su to žive, mladalačke boje i šljokice.

Miss Selene polishes are made by the same company that makes Golden Rose - Erkul cosmetics. These come in 5 ml bottles. The range of colours is wide and it contains mostly youthful colours and glitters.
