China Glaze Galactic Gray

Veoma sam se prijatno iznenadila kada sam prošle nedelje saznala da je u Alexandar Cosmetics stigla Hologlam kolekcija China Glaze lakova. Iskreno, nisam je očekivala pre marta-aprila. Na internetu trenutno nema mnogo slika ovih lakova te će meni predstaviti veliko zadovoljstvo da među prvima predstavim tri nijanse koje sam odabrala. Hologlam kolekcija za proleće 2013. godine sadrži 12 linearnih prizmatičnih lakova. Ova linija je skuplja od klasičnih China Glaze lakova, ali nije skuplja od drugih kolekcija sa srebrnim zatvaračima (Bohemian Luster Chrome, Glitz—Bitz ’N Pieces) i svaki lak košta 489 dinara. Na žalost nema ih u radnjama kod beogradskih distributera, ali možete ih naručiti preko njih ili direktno od uvoznika.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I learned last week that Hologlam collection of China Glaze polishes had already arrived at Alexandar Cosmetics. I didn't expect it to arrive before March-April. There aren't many swatches of these polishes on the internet so I have the immense pleasure to be among the first ones to present three shades I picked for myself. Hologlam collection for Spring 2013. contains 12 linear prismatic polishes. These polishes are more expensive than regular China Glaze polishes and in Serbia they cost the same as other collections with silver caps (Bohemian Luster Chrome, Glitz—Bitz ’N Pieces).

Essence Colour & go 122 Chic Reloaded

Ako se sećate, u tekstu o Where is the party? sam na neviđeno spomenula kako je taj lak zamenjen impresivnijim multihromom i nisam preterala. Sam lak sam zahvaljujući dojavi nabavila čim je stigao u Beograd, u septembru, ali drugi lakovi su mi bili pre njega na redu za mazanje, a potom sam čekala lepo vreme da namažem i uslikam ovu prelepotinju. Konačno nas je pre neki dan obasjalo sunce te vam predstavljam jedini od novih Essence Colour & go koji mi je privukao pažnju. Essence lakovi ne sadrže DBP, toluen, formalinski rezin i kamfor. Novi Colour & go lakovi sadrže 10 ml i imaju široku, pljosnatu četkicu zaobljenog vrha. Koštaju 209 dinara i mogu se nabaviti u DM i Lilly drogerijama, kao i u Mauricius parfimerijama.

If you remember, I mentioned in my post about Where is the party? how that polish had been discontinued and replaced with a more impressive multichrome polish before I'd even seen it and, boy, was I right. I got the polish the day it first arrived in stores in Belgrade (thanks to a tip-off from a fellow polishaholic), which was in September, but I had other polishes lined up for trying and afterwards I had to wait for clear day to try and photograph this gorgeousness. I finally present you the only new Essence Colour & go polish that caught my attention. Essence polishes are big 5-free. They come in 10 ml bottles and have wide, flat, rounded brush.

Detroit Metal City manikir

Deborah Prêt à Porter 68 Grape Masquerade

Mislim da sam ranije spomenula kako ne volim Deborah Prêt à Porter lakove. Mislim da su preskupi, a njihova konzistencija mi se ne dopada. Boje su ono što me mami da ih kupujem jer zaista imaju veoma lepe boje. Grape Masquerade nije izuzetak po tom pitanju - predivna boja, užasan lak. Deborah Prêt à Porter lakovi koštaju oko 270 dinara, imaju 4,5 ml, ne sadrže toluen i mogu se naći u svakom Jasminu, DM-u i Liliju. Boje prikazane na sajtu su verne stvarnom izgledu u bočici. I think I mentioned earlier that I don't like Deborah Prêt à Porter polishes. I find them too expensive and I don't like their formula. Colours are what keeps tempting me to buy them because they have some truly gorgeous shades. Grape Masquerade is no exception - lovely colour, awful formula. Deborah Prêt à Porter polishes come in 4.5 ml bottles and are toluen-free. Colours shown on their website are fateful to what they look in the bottle. Golden Rose Fashion Color 33

Fashion Color je jedna od starijih linija Golden Rose lakova. Čini mi se da se više ne proizvodi, ali moguće je da grešim. Ovaj sam lak uzela jer sam tražila finiju srebrnu foliju od Golden Rose With Protein 303. Ovaj mu je, rekla bih, po svemu jednak sem što nema krupnije srebrne šljokice. Dva sloja daju pristojnu pokrivenost, ali sam ja ipak namazala tri. Sušio se prilično dugo.

Fashion Color is one of older Golden Rose polish lines. I think these are discontinued, but I might be mistaken. I bought this one because I needed a finer silver foil than Golden Rose With Protein 303. This one seems to be identical to it except it doesn't have larger silver glitter. Two coats give decent coverage, but I applied three. It took it quite a while to dry.
