ILNP Riot

ILNP je veoma brzo i lako postao moj omiljeni boutique proizvođač lakova za nokte, a nije tajna da su mi zeleni lakovi omiljeni. Zato nije iznenađenje što sam spontano kupila ILNP Riot kada sam pre nekog vremena poručivala neke druge lakove. Ta je porudžbina bila sa sajta Lakodom, koji se na žalost zatvara, ali sam ILNP i dalje proizvodi ovaj lak i dostavlja za Srbiju.

ILNP quickly and easily became my favourite boutique nail polish brand, and it is no secret that green polishes are my favourite. So it shouldn't come as a surprise that I threw in ILNP Riot in one of my recent nail polish orders. That order was from Lakodom, who are sadly closing their store, but ILNP is still making this polish and have their own online store and offer international delivery.

Riot je šumsko-zeleni ultra holo lak. Verujte mi da je zelen. Ako imam jednu zamerku za ovaj lak, to je da odbija da se slika verno. Ne znam da li je do same nijanse ili do holo čestica, ali snimila sam stotine fotografija pri različitim osvetljenjima i na svima izgleda sivo i jedina je razlika bila u tome koliko se vidi holo efekat, a nigde se ne vidi onoliko koliko se vidi uživo. 😭 I pored toga, ovo jeste zelen lak, veoma je lep i holo efekat je snažan. Lak se maže lepo preko obične baze i dva sloja su sasvim dovoljna za punu boju i pokrivanje. Pošto je toliko ispunjen holo česticama, skidanje ide malo teže, ali ne toliko kao da su u pitanju šljokice.

Riot is a forrest green ultra holo polish. Trust me, it is green. If I have one note to give, it is that it is refusing to take a true photo. I don't know if it is due to the shade itself or due to the amount of holo particles, but I have taken hundreds of photos in different lights and it looks grey in all of them. The only difference is how visible the holo effect is, and I couldn't even do justice to the effect either. 😭 Despite that, this is a green polish, very pretty one at that, jam packed with holo particles that are creating a very strong holo effect. It applies smoothly over regular base and two coats are enough for full colour and even coverage. Since it contains that much shimmer, it is a bit of a pain to remove, but not as much as if it were glitter.
