Zoya Godiva

Posle niza upadljivih i jakih boja sam želela da nosim nešto mirnije na noktima, a pritom i da sprovedem mali eksperiment sa teksturisanim lakovima te sam posegnula za Godivom. Pre pet godina sam zažalila što je nisam uzela (i potom uzela Tomoko kao utehu), ali mi se posrećilo kada je Jeca odlučila da smanji svoju kolekciju te je Godiva ipak našla put do mene.

After a succession of strong, bold colours, I wanted to wear something more subtle on my nails, and also to conduct an experiment with textured polishes, so I reached for Godiva. Five years ago I regretted not getting it in time (and bought Tomoko as consolation), but I lucked out when Jeca decided to destash some of her collection so a bottle of Godiva did find its way to me.

Nova nedelja, nov nedeljni manikir. Ove nedelje nosimo nitne na noktima, a ja sam još uvek pod utiskom prošlonedeljnog gradijenta tako da sam morala i to da uključim.

I Heart Makeup Nail Geek Vintage

Mala Palčica je moj izvor lakova koji nisu dostupni u Srbiji, ali ih ima u Hrvatskoj. Tako mi je proletos spakovala par I Heart Makeup Nail Geek lakova. Ovaj brend mi nije preterano poznat, ali izgleda da su sestrinska firma Makeup Revolution. Očigledno ih ima u Hrvatskoj, a možda i u Sloveniji i Crnoj Gori.

Mala Palčica is my main source that are not available in Serbia, but can be found in Croatia. So this spring she packed a couple of I Heart Makeup Nail Geek nail polishes for me to try. I was not overly familiar with this brand, but it seems that they are a sister brand to Makeup Revolution. They are available in Croatia, and possibly in Slovenia and Montenegro.

Moyra Holographic 252 Infinity

Pošto sam donela odluku da ne čekam posebne situacije da bih nosila neke posebnije lakove, svaki lep dan koristim da nosim holose. Najnovija dva u mojoj kolekciji su od mađarskog proizvođača Moyra, a naručila sam ih iz Nail Line-a. Iako oni u ponudi imaju celu Moyra Holographic kolekciju (šest boja), ove kolekcije nema na sajtu. Ja sam ih naručila preko mejla (odgovaraju u roku od sat vremena), a može se naručiti i telefonom. Cena lakova je 295 dinara, a pakovanje je od 12 ml.

Since I made a decision no to wait for special occasions to wear more special polishes, I use every nice day to wear holo polishes. The newest two in my collection are by Hungarian company Moyra. I ordered them online from Serbian distributor Nail Line and they are internationally available through Moyra Shop, although all but one seem to be out of stock at the moment.

Matching Manicures - Zeleno

Zeleno, volim te, zeleno. Evo još jedne teme koja mi baš odgovara. Zelena mi je jedna od omiljenih boja i ne manjka je u mojoj kolekciji lakova za nokte.

Here comes another theme which suits me perfectly. Green is one of my favourite colours and I have green polishes to spare in my vast collection.

Catrice Chameleon C08 C(h)ome, Leon!

Pre neki dan me je iznenadio neočekivan paketić. Već poštanske markice su mi otkrile od koga je, a poruka unutra je potvrdila moju pretpostavku - divna Maria je odlučila da me obraduje lakovima koje je znala da ne mogu nabaviti u Srbiji. Poslala mi je četiri Catrice laka iz posebne kolekcije Luxury Lacquers, direktno iz Chameleon linije. Odlučila sam da prvo probam boje koje su izvan moje zone prijatnosti. Danas vam predstavljam jednu od njih - C(h)ome, Leon!

I have received an unexpected package several days ago. I could tell from the stamps who it was from and the note confirmed my thoughts - wonderful Maria decided to gladen me with some polishes she knew I couldn't get in Serbia. She sent me four Catrice polishes from Luxury Lacquers limited edition, more specifically from Chameleon line. I have decided to first try colours out of my comfort zone.
