Polish Molish The Show Must Go On

Wild Avocado mi je stajao čak 10 dana na noktima i bilo mi je žao da ga stignem, ali izrastak je bio takav da nisam imala izbora. Ovo sivilo je savršeno za fotografisanje multihromatskih lakova, tako da sam izvukla moj prvi i (za sada) jedini Polish Molish lak. Poručila sam ga sa Lakodoma. Trenutno ga nema na stanju, ali će ga sigurno biti kada budu oglasili narednu pretprodaju.

I had Wild Avocado on for 10 days and I was sorry to take it off, but the growth was such that I had no choice. And this grey weather is perfect for taking photos of duo and multichromatic polishes so I got my first and (so far) only Polish Molish nail polish. I ordered it from Lakodoma. They don't have it in stock right now, but I am sure they will get it when they announce the next preorder.

Dance Legend Big Bang

Još jedan lak koji dugo čeka da ga isprobam je Dance Legend Big Bang. Uzela sam ga za rođendan 2015. godine sa Hypnotic Polish sajta, koji više nažalost ne dostavlja za Srbiju. Cela Galaxy kolekcija se još uvek proizvodi i može se nabaviti preko zvaničnog Dance Legend sajta.

Another polish that has been waiting for a long time to be worn is Dance Legend Big Bang. I got it for birthday in 2015. from Hypnotic Polish. The entire Galaxy collection is still manufacuted and can be ordered from the official Dance Legend website.

ILNP Eclipse (H)

Pošto sam bila toliko impresionirana crno-crvenim multihrom lakovima, odmah sam uzela dva takva ILNP laka - običan Eclipse i Eclipse (H). Ne mogu garantovati da neću uzeti još koji na ovaj fazon. ILNP shop dostavlja za Srbiju, ali poštarina je visoka (meni je za 4 laka ispala skoro $30). Za slučaj da vas zanima, paket sa 4 laka je mali i prošao je bez otvaranja i dodatnih troškova. Lakovi imaju 12 ml.

Since I was so impressed with black to red multichrome polishes, I had to get two such ILNP polishes - a regular Eclipse and Eclipse (H). I can't promise I won't get several more. I ordered from ILNP web shop. They do ship to Serbia, but shipping is rather high (it was almonst $30 for 4 polishes). Polishes come in 12 ml bottles.

Dance Legend Roz

Davnijeh dana smo draga Suzana i ja razmenjivale poklone za rođendane i praznike i Roz je bio jedan od lakova koje sam dobila od nje. Trebalo je da prođe samo četiri godine da ga probam, iako mi je bio na listi želja pre nego što sam ga dobila. Dance Legend lakovi se mogu nabaviti kod raznih online trgovaca, kao i sa zvaničnog sajta.

In the olden days, my dear Suzana and I used to exchange gifts for birthdays and holidays and Roz was one of the polishes I got from her. It only took me four years to try it out, even though it was on my wish list at the time I got it. Donce Legend polishes can be ordered from many etailers, as well as from the official website.

Jelly Sandwich

Jelly sendvič nije tehnika koja mi se preterano sviđa, pre svega zato što ne volim jelly lakove. Pre mesečak dana nam je upravo ovo bila tema za tematski petak te sam htela da vidim imam li nešto u kolekciji što bi poslužilo. Rezultat je... u redu. Sasvim u redu.

Jelly sandwich is not a technique I particularly like, mostly because I don't like jelly polishes. However, about a month ago this was a theme for our thematic mondays so I wanted to see whether I had something in my collection that could serve this purpose. The end result is... fine. It's just fine.

It has been quite some time that I liked a polish enough that I had to buy it, and then to delight me even more in person. It is no news that I like ILNP polishes, but I had no opportunity to buy new ones because etailers I used to order from either no longer ship to Serbia or don't have the colours I wanted in stock. So I gave their offical web shop a go. They do ship to Serbia, but shipping is rather high (it was almonst $30 for 4 polishes). Despite that, It was worth it to me because I really wanted to get my hands on Eclipse. And Eclipse (H).

Essie Shine of Times

Sećam se da je, pre nego što sam ušla u lakoholičarske vode, Essence imao toper sa ljuspicama koji mi se izuzetno svideo, ali je bio TE i nedostupan u Srbiji. Posle nekog vremena su ga ubacili u standardnu postavku Special Effects topera pod imenom Night in Vegas, i znala sam da ga moram uzeti tada. Uzela sam i rezervnu bočicu, ali mi nije bilo dosta. Merkala sam Inglot 202 (uvek rasprodat) i Nfu.Oh i onda mi je uletelo da uzmem Essie Luxefects Shine of Times.

I remember how, before my polishaholic times, Essence had a flakie topper I liked, but it was TE and unavailable in Serbia. Some time after that, they rereleased it as part of Special Effects toppers line, and named it Night in Vegas, and I knew I had to have it. I got a spare bottle as well, but that was not enough. I was eying Inglot 202 (which was always sold out) and Nfu.Oh, and then I got an opportunity to get my hands on Essie Luxeffects Shine of Times.

Born Pretty Chameleon 212

Ne bih ja bila ja da ne unapredim krem lak. Uvek sam volela sedefaste i šljokičave lakove, a sa raširenom pojavom duohrom, multihrom, holo i ostalih finiša mislim da sam postala veoma razmažena i krem lakovi mi više nisu dovoljni sami po sebi. Zato ih koristim skoro isključivo kao osnovu za crtanje ili pečatiranje ili moram preko njih staviti neki toper. Pošto mi stoji stotinak neisprobanih lakova, uzela sam jedan od neisprobanih topera u mojoj omiljenoj kombinaciji boja da namažem preko Catrice koji sam namazala u petak.

I wouldn't be me if I hadn't upgraded a creme polish. I have always loved shimmery and glittery polishes, and with duochrome, multichrome, holo and other finishes being more accessible, I think I got very spoiled and creme polishes are no longer enough on their own. That is why I use them almost exclusively in nail art, stamping or as a base for a topper. And since I have about a hundred of untried polishes, I took one of the untried toppers in my favourite colour combo to use over the Catrice I applied on Friday.

It is nearly autumn and I still haven't written about a polish that I wore for this year's Japanizam. ILNP Nostalgia is one of many polishes I got through a blog sale. Zoya Olivera

Kada su zimus posle dugog, predugog čekanja konačno stigle nove kolekcije Zoya lakova u Ultra Sun, imala sam spisak lakova koje sam uzela u razmatranje za kupovinu. Olivera nije bila među njima, ali je jedan pogled uživo na nju bio dovoljan da budem sasvim očarana te sam je bez razmišljanja ponela kući. Oliveru i druge Zoya lakove možete kupiti u Ultra Sun-u i kod njihovih distributera po ceni od 949 dinara.

When, after too long a wait, new Zoya collections finally arrived in Ultra Sun, I went there with a list of polishes I considered buying. Olivera was not on that list, but a single glance at it in person was quite enough to charm me, so I had to take her home with me.

Nfu.Oh 60

Nfu.Oh je godinala imao u ponudi najrazličitije, a potpuno fantastične lakove sa ljuspicama, sve spakovano u prekrasne bočicama u obliku haljine sa korsetom. Nažalost, pre nekoliko godina su prestali da proizvode ove lakove, ali se pojedini još uvek mogu naći na Ebay ili Amazonu ili po drugim online prodavnicama. Ovo je poslednji koji sam uzela, a kao utehu što sam propustila da uzmem #51.

For years, Nfu.Oh had a wide range of fantastic polishes with flecks, all packaged in gorgeous corseted dress bottles. Sadly, several years ago they stopped making them, but you can still find some shades on Ebay, Amazon or some other online stores. This is the last one I got, and I bought it as a consolation after I had missed #51.

Dance Legend Mars

Kada je pre nekoliko godina Dance Legend napravio Chameleon kolekciju lakova, napravili su i tri laka proizvedena u malom broju, od kojih se jedan nije nikada ni našao u prodaji već se samo mogao dobiti kao poklon uz kupovinu u Rusiji. Ta tri laka su Mars, Phobos i Deimos, a Mars sam ludom srećom uspela da nabavim pada sam pre par godina naručila neke lakove sa Hypnotic Polish. Ovi su lakovi odavno rasprodati i ne mogu se više naći, sem kada povremeno osvanu na ebay-u.

When Dance Legend made a Chameleon collection several years ago, they also made three limited edition polishes, one of which was never even sold, but only given as a gift with purchase in Russia. Those three polishes are Mars, Phobos and Deimos, and I was fortunate enough to get Mars a couple of years ago when I placed an order with Hypnotic Polish. These polishes have long been sold out and can't be found any more, except when they show up on ebay.

Letos sam opet uspela da nabavim neke ILNP (i ne samo ILNP) lepote i da ih precrtam sa liste želja. Abundance mi se na toj listi povremeno pojavljivao, pa sam ga sklanjala pa vraćala pa... Smatrala sam da imam dovoljno sličnih lakova i da mi, iako je sasvim po mom ukusu, ne treba još jedan. No čim se ukazala prva prilika da ga uzmem, zgrabila sam je i sada je ova divota moja. Alessandro Heavy Metal Knockin On Heaven's Door

Kao što sam u jednom od prethodnih članaka spomenula, potrudiću se da u istoj meri predstavljam aktuelne lakove i one koji nisu više dostupni ili koji mi dugo stoje neisprobani. Do sada je najstariji neisprobani lak u mojoj kolekciji bio Alessandro Heavy Metal Knockin On Heaven's Door. Samo su mi dve godine i koji mesec bile potrebne da prođem kroz sva četiri Alessandro Go Magic Heavy Metal laka. Neki od njih su i dalje dostupni kod uvoznika, ali nisam sigurna da li je i ova nijansa među njima.

As I have mentioned in one of previous articles, I shall try to show you current polishes and those that are no longer available / that have been untried for a long time in equal measure. Up until now, the polish that had been among my untrieds the longest is Alessandro Heavy Metal Knockin On Heaven's Door. It had only taken me two years and some months to go through all four Alessandro Go Magic Heavy Metal polishes. This was a limited edition collection and I am unsure if it can still be found somewhere.

Dance Legend Protuberance

Dance Legend kolekcija koja je najviše privukla moju pažnju je Galaxy. Iz ove kolekcije sam kupila četiri od šest lakova, a dva sam preskočila samo zato što ne marim za plavo-ljubičasti duo- i multihrome. Zamalo da ni ovaj ne uzmem, ali radoznalost i sklonost ka čudim bojama su odneli prevagu nad zdravim razumom. Galaxy kolekcija je spakovana u bočice od 6,5 ml (mada sam svojevremeno sa Llarowe sajta naručila i jedan od 15 ml), a lakovi koštaju 7,95 € na Hypnotic Polish, odnosno 8,5 € na Nail Land.

Galaxy is Dance Legend collection which caught my maximum attention. I have bought four of six polishes, and the two I skipped only because I am not a fan of blue-purple shifts. I nearly failed to get this polish as well, but curiosity and my affinity to odd colours got the best of me. Galaxy collection comes in 6.5 ml bottles (although I had bought one in 15 ml bottle from Llarowe some time ago), and each polish retails for 7.95 € at Hypnotic Polish, and 8.5 € at Nail Land.

CND Vinylux Nordic Lights

Sigurno imate neke ljude koji vam prosto ulepšaju dan. Ne mislim na porodicu i bliske prijatelje, već na poznanike, možda povremene poslovne saradnike koji, kad god ih vidite, učine da se osećate bolje, veselije. U mom slučaju je to Verica iz Unitech-a, brend menadžer za CND, koja me svaki put na sajmu dočeka širokim osmehom i paketićem pažljivo odabranih CND proizvoda. Ovog puta se u njemu našao i lak iz prazične kolekcije koji sam već mesecima merkala. Vinylux lakovi se mogu nabaviti u Unitech-u po ceni od 1034 dinara, koliko košta i nadlak.

I am sure you have some people that just make your days better. I don't mean family or close friends, but acquaintances, maybe occasional business associates that make you feel better, more cheerful whenever you meet. In my case that is Verica, brand manager for CND, who always greets me with a smile and a selection of CND products on expos. This time in her CND package there was a polish from holiday collection that I've been planning to get for months.
