Matching Manicures - Plavo

Plava mi nije među omiljenim bojama, ali i pored toga imam dosta plavih lakova i detalja u kolekciji. Odlučila sam da za ovaj tematski manikir upotrebim par ovonedeljnih noviteta, koji će uskoro dobiti i zasebna predstavljanja, a držala sam se svoje omiljene tehnike - pečatiranja.

Blue is not among my favourite colours, but I still have quite a few blue polishes and details in my collection. I opted to use a couple of items that have arrived this week, which will get individual blogoposts soon, and I kept to my favurite technique - stamping.

Pre par nedelja mi je sa LadyQueen sajta stiglo nekoliko metalnih dekoracija za nokte o kojima, naravno, danas pišem.

A couple of weeks ago I got several metal decorations for nails from LadyQueen website and, naturally, I am writing about them today.

Essie Toggle To The Top

Sećate li se vremena pre nego što je Essie stigao u naše drogerije? Salonske boje smo nabavljali u Nail Line-u iz Subotice, ali se ne sećam da li su oni uvozili sezonske kolekcije. Sve i da jesu, krajem 2012. godine je nastalo zatišje, nastupio je uvoznički interregnum te nam zimska kolekcija za 2012. nikada nije stigla, a tako ni lak Leading Lady. No naredne godine, kada se Essie već udobno smestio u Lilly drogerije, stiže nam Shearling Darling kolekcija, a u njoj Toggle To The Top - tamnija verzija Leading Lady. Davno sam ga nosila i bezuspešno fotografisala. Danas mu konačno dajem mesto na blogu.

There was a time before Essie came into Serbian drugstores. We could buy salon versions in Nail Line ina Subotica, but I can't remember if they imported seasonal collections or just core colours. Even if they did, by the end of 2012. there was a sort of importers interregnum for Essie and we never got Leading Lady and its eponymous star. However, the following year, when Essie was comfortably settled in Serbian drugstores they released Shearling Darling collection and in it the darker version of Leading Lady - Toggle To The Top. I have worn it long ago and fruitlessly tried to photograph it. Today I am finally giving it a blogpost it deserves.

NYC Money Never Sleeps

Pošto smo u nedelju utvrdili koliko volim zelenu boju, hajde da se upoznamo i sa glavnim činiocem jučerašnjeg manikira. Ovo je NYC (New York Color) lak iz Expert Last Nail Polish linije. Uzela sam ga pre dve godine u Londonu i, nažalost, nemam predstavu gde se sve može nabaviti (izgleda da ih osim u Engleskoj ima i u Nizozemskoj i u Poljskoj). Bočica podseća na MACovu i sadrži 9,7 ml laka.

Since we've established how much I love green, let us meet the main part of my yesterday's mani. This is NYC (New York Color) polish from Expert Last Nail Polish line. I had got it two years ago in London and I have no idea where this brand might be available (it seems as it is sold in the Netherlands and in Poland). Bottle resembles MAC bottle and it holds 9.7 ml of polish.

Matching Manicures - Zeleno

Zeleno, volim te, zeleno. Evo još jedne teme koja mi baš odgovara. Zelena mi je jedna od omiljenih boja i ne manjka je u mojoj kolekciji lakova za nokte.

Here comes another theme which suits me perfectly. Green is one of my favourite colours and I have green polishes to spare in my vast collection.
